ladyjane
Hey Whole30-ers! This will be my second time going through a Whole30 while I continue to nurse my 12 months old baby! I would love to hear from all of the mama's out there who have been through the Whole30 a time or two for some great recipes to keep my caloric count up so I don't loose my supply! This is such a great way to loose that extra baby weight and really make a great step forward in giving my little one a healthy perspective on food. Here we go! Starting TOMORROW! Quadcees
I'm also nursing my 4 month old and on day 22! I'm happy I'm eating better for him and myself because before this all I wanted was fried food and anything chocolate or ice cream...but I feel like my supply has went down which doesn't make sense to me. He is very happy and healthy though, just skinny and long so I'm not worried. Good luck!! Personally I haven't over complicated this program. Some of the recipes scare me and don't even look appetizing. I'm good with my chicken and mixing up a different variety of veggies everyday, and eggs and bacon for breakfast. ..yummy. I know I've lost weight too, everything is loose, and that's what I'm doing this for
