My last meal was at 1pm and now it's 7pm and I'm not hungry (which has pretty much never happened in my life!) Should I still eat? One of my main goals with whole30 is to lose weight and develop healthier eating habits. Part of me feels I shouldn't skip a meal another feels I shouldn't force myself to eat when I'm not hungry..
