celawn Posted September 8, 2012 Share Posted September 8, 2012 After completing Whole 30's in January and August with the only deviation in between being a couple of glasses of red wine per week in my non Whole 30 months, I totally lost it last week. I've eaten a few CARTONS of junk (HFCS & lots of ingredients that I can't pronounce) ice cream over the past 7 days and I'm not even sure where the cravings are coming from - just saw it at the grocery store and bought it.
