Coconut sap or Worcestershire sauce?

My husband and I are on day 4 of the Whole 30 program. We're trying to find other things to add to flavor our food other than just spices. I was looking on the Tessamae's website, and I'm probably going to order some ketchup, but I was also interested in BBQ sauce, but it says it has coconut sap in it. Sap sounds like sugar to me but I haven't found anything that says we can't have coconut sap, but I can't find anything that says we can. I was also interested in the Caesar dressing, but it has Worcestershire sauce in it. I thought I read somewhere that you CAN have Worcestershire sauce, however, now I can't find where I read it. So I'm thinking I may have dreamed it. Please let me know, I don't want to order it and end up having to give it away (I've already bought products at the store and then brought them home and found an ingredient I didn't immediately notice and had to donate to co-workers). Thank you!

These two dressings are okay -- here's all the Tessemae's offerings that are W30 approved.

In the BBQ Sauce, it has coconut aminos that contain coconut sap -- coconut aminos are a fermented product, and the process of fermentation uses the sugar, therefore coconut aminos are allowed.

In the Caesar, the specific Worcestershire sauce they use is compliant -- if you were just to go into the store and buy a bottle of Worcestershire, you'd have to make sure all the ingredients were compliant, and I think it's hard to find any that doesn't have sugar or soy in it.
