Majudkins Posted July 15, 2015 Share Posted July 15, 2015 So I woke up on day 3 today with a pounding headache, exhaustion, and have been nauseous! I went to my book to see what gives and what do you know it, this phase is called the hangover which is exactly how I feel! I have tons to do today and tomorrow with huge things due for my masters class's! I need to feel better, how did you get through it? Munkers Posted July 15, 2015 Share Posted July 15, 2015 Sugarcube nailed it. Lots of water, eat good, nourishing meals, and go to bed on time tonight. I realize the temptation to stay up late because you have a lot of things to do, but sleep deprivation is just going to make the situation worse.
