ssprinkle23 Posted July 15, 2015 Share Posted July 15, 2015 I am on day 10 and around day 8 I woke up feeling really lethargic and just groggy. Is this normal? I am hoping it is temporary because it’s affecting my work and attitude. The entire first 7 days I was feeling great, then Monday happened I don’t drink anything with caffeine so anyone have any ideas on how to boost my energy??? Link to comment
