Alkat8's Nub to Whole 30

So day one for myself, I had not actually read the book yet, but my spouse did and told me what to do.  As I watched our 8.5 month old, I read the book.  


I know I didn't do very well today, but I figured it wasn't as bad as it could have been.


Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, onions, basil and garlic with a side of sugar free bacon and raw mushrooms (I don't like them cooked) with black coffee with coconut milk


Lunch:  pan fried tilapia with old bay and a sweet potato with an unsweet tea


Dinner: Steak, sweet potato and green beans with an unsweet tea
