Fighting Osteoarthritis

Quite some time on from my first Whole30 and I'm so arthritis free, sometimes I forget I ever had it.

 

No grains and no dairy keep me "well oiled" and feeling stronger in my joint health than I ever had before :D

 

It's totally worth it. Bone broth, Vitamin D3, magnesium, liver, vitamin K2, all good things!

 

All the doctors who told me to concentrate on pain management need to try some Whole30 :)
