idauria Posted September 9, 2012 Share Posted September 9, 2012 Is it ok to use walnut oil during this challenge? I see people using macadamia nut oil so I figure walnut must be ok too. "Walnut, Hazelnut, and other seed oils aren't super ideal in their fat profiles, but used occasionally can totally spice up a salad in a new way."
