What's Better, What's Not

Tuesday I completed the program (imperfectly, I'm sure, but with no "slips").

What's better:  Lost 11 pounds (which is huge because I am menopausal and weight won't budge); headaches, sleep, hives (marginally); joint pain, food cravings/blood sugar levels, brain focus.  Also, my body can now run on protein and fat.  Before it would only function on carbs.

What's not better:   Fatigue (this is my biggest issue).  I am really disappointed that I am still so tired all the time, but I am not giving up.

It's cool to be able to readily discern what foods are disagreeable with me after being "clean" for 30 days.  Had some wheat and blew up.  Had some lentils with just a little dairy and felt awful.  I am definitely motivated to NOT go back to my old ways.

Overall, VERY happy with the results!

Hi Suncat,

Glad that you're overall happy. Perhaps there are some tweaks we can help you with in order to relieve some of your fatigue? Can you post a few days of typical consumption including portions, timing, fluids, sleep, exercise and stress? There may be one or two things that we can point out. Sometimes it's a case of not eating enough overall, sometimes a case of having gone too low carb. If you want us to see if we can help, post away!
