Does the order matter?

You can do them in any order. I think the suggested order is meant to go from least likely to cause problems to most likely to. But any order, as long as you wait at least two days between (more if you have a strong reaction And aren't feeling back to 100% yet in two days) is fine.

I was going to ask the same question, so I'm happy to see it was already posted. I have another question, maybe someone could shed some light for me. I am about to start my reintro phase over the next few days (today is day 30 of my W30) and I don't really understand the segregation of foods during reintro. For example, let's say on day 7 of my reintro I eat some cheese and have no reaction. Then, day 14 comes and I am going to introduce some gluten-containing grains. Would I be able to have cheese on a sandwich? This is a hypothetical example but basically I don't see why you'd reintroduce corn on day 3, but then not eat any corn again until the full reintro is done.

You want a clean unquestionable test every time. That's why each reintro day you reintro the food group in question at every meal, leaving all else Whole30 compliant. So, no cheese after dairy reintro day until all your reintroductions are complete.
