Eating too much because of a long-distance relationship

I am in a long-distance relationship and I started to put on weight. Now I going move back and be a 'normal'  couple. Will this whole 30 help me to lose the weight even if I still eat a lot of fruit?

Funny is when I am with my Boyfriend I don´t crave anything...but this will happen in a couple of weeks...:(

How much fruit are you eating? The recommendation is for a maximum of 1-2 fist sized servings per day with, or as part of meals. Fruit is not obligatory however, and many people chose not to eat any as they can get superior nutrition from vegetables.

It sounds like you're using fruit as a comfort, and whilst it may be compliant if you're having cravings of any kind you should be quashing these with protein & fat, not fruit as this will just keep those cravings alive.

Five portions of fruit a day is way beyond the recommendation, and if you're eating any of this fruit as snacks then you're doing yourself and your Whole30 a disservice.

Ditch the fruit completely for a while and stomp out those cravings with protein & fat as suggested. You'll feel much better for it, I assure you.
