jenjen Posted July 20, 2015 Share Posted July 20, 2015 Tomorrow will be Day 1 of my first Whole 30! Well, technically, I tried a Whole30 many months ago but only lasted one day. But, I've bought the book and am dedicated to the program this time. I'll be on vacation in Australia during week 4 but didn't want to wait to start until after vacation so come that time, I'll probably be needing some support to stay away from fish and chips and the great Australian wine. But, there is never a 30 days in my life without some extra challenge. Mine will be a girls weekend in August--hoping I'll be feeling so good that it won't be a challenge.
