I was making Melissa's chicken hash and the ingredient list has Apple cider but when I read the side note it mentions that chef Richard added the walnuts and Apple cider vinegar. So is it suppose to be just Apple cider like the juice or Apple cider vinegar? The halibut with citrus ginger glaze recipe lists Apple cider as well so my question applies to that recipe too.
