Starting on July 20

Today is the big day that my husband and I decided to start Whole30. We want to lose weight and improve our energy levels.  We have done Paleo before which is very similar but with a different goal.  I have read the Whole30 book and almost done "It Starts with Food". I would highly recommend to anyone considering the Whole30 to read the books first as it gives you some very valuable information and will help you plan.  I think the key to success in this program is planning and having a good support team. Good luck to anyone else starting today!
