pkwytc
I'm sure this is posted on here somewhere but my head hurts entirely too bad to search through and find it. Am I allowed to take ibuprofen? Thank you!
jmcbn
NSAIDs can be hard on the digestive system - try something like tylenol & ensure you are drinking at least half an ounce of water per pound of body weight, daily. Also, if it's early days for you be sure to include at least a fist sized serving of starchy veg to help with the transition from your old diet to the new. pkwytc
Thank you! I'm kind of accidentally on Day 2....I've been reading the Whole30 then was instructed to cut all gluten and dairy from my diet. Then yesterday I utilized Whole30 recipes all day and I was kind of like, well...that was easy enough. I just have to get through these darn headaches and I can do it! Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 21, 2015 Administrators Share Posted July 21, 2015 Make sure you are drinking enough water (half ounce per pound of bodyweight is the recommendation) and eating enough (folllow the template linked below) and not going too low carb (recommendation is to start with one fist sized serving of starchy veggie per day). All of these things can make the adjustment phase headache worse. Let us know if you have any questions about these recommendations.
