Early morning exercise/work question

I get up at 5am and then work out from 6-7 (crossfit type) at the gym. I'm having coffee and a harboiled egg for my pre-workout food and I get what I should have post (protein and carb). My question is about when I should eat my actual breakfast because I don't have any time after my workout since I need to be at my job by 7:30. I'm a teacher so I can eat at school if I need to. Does anyone have to eat their breakfast on the go? Ideas?

If you google "Whole30 breakfast on the go" you will find links to lots of ideas and discussions.

 

I often eat my regular meal within 30 minutes of finishing a post-workout meal, but some people need a little longer.
