Cravings-Come and Go HELP

I am on day 9 and I have found that when I'm at home and don't have anything "non-compliant" things in our cupboards it's not hard. However, whenever I'm around others who are eating non-compliant foods it's all I think about and I crave it so hard. I can't be a hobbit and stay at home in my whole30 safe home and I don't want to. I'm already seeing positive results and this is motivating me to resist but if you've experienced this, when does it get easier? I want to do a whole90 to make some serious changes in my life so I need to get over this!

It's different for everyone, so we can't predict when it gets easier for you specifically.

Note you're currently at the point in a Whole30 most popular for people to quit (day 9/10), so keep hanging in there.

Realize you're teaching your brain new habits (and your taste buds new flavors). Every time you make a new choice for a food that makes you more healthy, you get closer and closer to instilling this new behavior as your new routine. It takes time and perseverance: stay the course! One day at a time, one meal at a time.

For me, day 9/10 lasted until about day 15

But it did eventually get easier. I felt kind of euphoric after day 15 until about day 27...then anticipation of the end made the last few days a little bit challenging (but not much).

Today is day 1 of reintroduction. I had some Champs with my partner, and I feel a little yucky. I'm glad to go back to W30 eating tomorrow. At least for me, I started to really like the way W30 eating made me feel, but I wouldn't have believed you if you told me I'd feel this good about it.
