sonyasv Posted July 2, 2017 Share Posted July 2, 2017 I have some spices I've purchased from Indian stores and I hear flour/wheat is used in these. Is this correct? Also, I've heard that a way to test these (I've long lost the original packaging) is to pour the spice into a bowl of water and the flour will float to the bottom. Is this true?
