Shawie
I just want to make sure this is OK to use? Real Lemon -100% Lemon Juice (From Concentrate with added Ingredients) Ingredients: Lemon juice from concentrate (water, concentrated lemon juice) and less than 2% of sodium benzoate, Sodium Metabisulfite and sodium sulfite (preservatives), Lemon Oil Can use this to cook tilapia? Is it Whole30 compliant?
Carlaccini
Hi Shawnie, This would be a no go because of the sulphites. All Sulfites are out for your whole 30. Even minuscule amounts can be gut disruptive. Sorry. Just use regular lemons...
Shawie
Darn, I just still have half a bottle left. OK real lemons it is. Thanks!
jent103
I also found organic lemon juice without sulfites at my grocery store. It's more expensive than ReaLemon, but I think probably cheaper than buying the equivalent amount of actual lemons. (Same goes for lime juice.)
