Meal template trouble

I am on Day 24 and was doing well on all fronts until 3 days ago. Due to work (10+ hours per day) and a few other things going on I haven't been able to stick to the meal template 100%. I have eaten completely compliant but my meal templates aren't right. Also I haven't been able to eat within an hour of waking

 

These are a few examples of what's happened to some of my meals

                     I ate protein and fat then ate veggies an hour later

                     Forgot to bring protein so ate just fat and veggie.

                     Ate dinner 7 hours after lunch starving but couldn't sit down to eat.

 

So for 3 days I haven't eaten according to the meal template, how bad is this and is it messing up my Whole30?

If you ate according to the template 27 days out of 30, you did better than 99.99% of people doing the whole30. The meal template is great. It is actually the key to success on the program for a lot of people, but it is not required. Sometimes stuff gets out of whak and you have to try your best. Good job sticking with the rules of the program during a rough couple days. Use it as a learning experience so you can plan better for these things, but don't beat yourself up.
