AIP Question

Recommended Posts

So, I'm on Day 21 of my first Whole 30 and overall I feel really good. I'm crushing my cravings and sleeping well, but I still feel bloated at times and based on the way my clothes fit, there has not been any real weight or body composition change. I have psoriasis which has not really improved, and I'm considering doing another Whole 30 following the AIP starting at the end of August. From those who have tried it, how difficult is the adjustment? I eat so many eggs and veggies that are on the "no" list for AIP that I'm worried about doing it successfully. This Whole 30 has had many benefits for me so it was not so hard to stick to, but I don't know if I'm strong enough for AIP. Any advice is appreciated.

I did AIP and pave you get your head around the restrictions it is actually really straight forward. There is still so much you can eat and enjoy; you do need to be more prepared though. No more eggs as a quick and easy breakfast so have plenty of leftovers for mornings and all goes smoothly.
