ladyhoward
I cannot find sugar-free ketchup anywhere - anybody have any luck? I suppose I could make my own but not sure of a good recipe for that. I appreciate any guidance you all may have on this - I have a meatloaf recipe that my whole family likes and all I had to change was the flour (and the ketchup of course). Would love to still be able to make it while on the Whole30.
Susan W
Here's a recipe from Paleo Diet Lifestyle. Ingredients 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste; 2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice; 1/4 tsp dry mustard; 1/3 cup water; 1/4 tsp cinnamon; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 pinch ground cloves; 1 pinch ground allspice; 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, optional; Preparation Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to combine. Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors develop and enjoy!
Adagio
There is one that is sweetened with fruit juice but it has other weird ingredients in it. Best to make your own. You can use a bit of unsweetened applesauce if you want it sweet.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted September 10, 2012 Moderators Share Posted September 10, 2012 Back when I made meat loaf in my pre-paleo days, I added shredded carrots to the meat instead of bread crumbs and used salsa instead of ketchup. I just thought salsa was better than ketchup. Still do.
Janine Costanzo
Here's a recipe from Paleo Diet Lifestyle. ... This recipe is the one I use for my ketchup. It tastes more spicy (as in, full of spices, not spicy hot) than ketchup, but it's quite tasty!

Yup, and the sucralose makes it non-complaint
True Primal
This one seems Whole30. In fact it has the Whole30 logo on the label: https://www.primalkitchen.com/products/organic-unsweetened-ketchup

Pandora Black
Tessamae’s is my favorite compliant ketchup. It’s stupid expensive, but totally delicious. You can get it on Amazon.
