wendyray
I had seen in the past that Yawp bars were approved for the Whole 30 but now I am not seeing them listed. I had purchased the Yawp naked bars and was still hoping that they were acceptable. Thanks
jmcbn
You'll need to check the ingredients & be aware that any type of bar is for emergency use only - like you were on the Titanic, it was hit by an Iceberg & you've been floating in a dinghy in the Atlantic for 8hrs waiting to be rescued kind of emergency If you can plan for an emergency you can plan to have real food.Welcome by the way!
