KaraSW
I'm all of 9 hours into my first Whole30, and I have a headache and can barely keep my eyes open as if I'm going through caffeine withdrawal-- which I am NOT, since I had my regular two cups of coffee this morning (though with coconut milk instead of skim milk). Feels early to be having sugar/gluten/dairy withdrawals! But maybe this is not out of the ordinary? Thoughts from Whole30 veterans?
missmary
yes, it i possible. make sure you are eating enough compliant food (including some starchy veggies) and drinking enough water (1/2 oz per lb of body weight). take it easy. it will get better. Heather23H
Today is day 1 for me too and I'm feeling the same. My headache is terrible. Maybe some potatoes at dinner would be helpful; I haven't had any starchy veggies today...
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted August 2, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 2, 2015 Starchy carbs in a fist sized portion at least once a day are definitely recommended. While it may not cure the headache/fatigue completely, it definitely won't hurt!
