We don't like to recommend particular brands because their ingredients can vary from region to region, or even from month to month, so it's a case of reading labels I'm afraid.

That said you may well find that you won't need the GABA supplement when eating a Whole30 diet, particularly if you're including at least a fist sized serving of starchy veg per day which should help with stabilizing your mood & improving sleep if eaten later in the day.
