drakeam Posted August 2, 2015 Share Posted August 2, 2015 Today is my first day of The Whole 30, and I'm feeling excited. Went grocery shopping yesterday to get set up for the next 5 days, and it's awesome to look in the fridge and see nothing but protein, veggies, and fruit. I really hope that my food addictions to bread and chips and other carb-heavy foods, and that I can figure out some of the stomach issues I've had the past few years. Had an awesome breakfast of eggs over a spinach-potato hash with some grapes. Yum!!!! Feeling like I'm off to a great start! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

drakeam Posted August 3, 2015 Author Share Posted August 3, 2015 Finished up yesterday with a good lunch of eggs, avocado, and cherry tomatoes. Then dinner of chicken breast and roasted summer squash and zucchini. Had a little headache at the end of the day, probably due to eating less than I have been lately.
