Meal 1 I had 3 eggs scrambled with 1/2 cup chopped spinich and 1/2 avacado diced (cooked in EVOO). 1 pear. Good "old fashioned" water. Husband had 3 eggs scrambled with peppers, onions, hot sauce and a peach. Notes: couldn't finish my eggs so I stashed them away for later.
