  • Woke up craving carbs and lattes.  Probably not the best way to start, but we shall see how this goes...


Meal 1

  • I had 3 eggs scrambled with 1/2 cup chopped spinich and 1/2 avacado diced (cooked in EVOO). 1 pear. Good "old fashioned" water. 
  • Husband had 3 eggs scrambled with peppers, onions, hot sauce and a peach.
  • Notes: couldn't finish my eggs so I stashed them away for later.   I don't really think eggs reheat well but they were too good to toss just yet.
