LisaSM
I'm a healthy mother of three young children, one still breastfeeding two-year-old, and have no real health concerns or weight issues. I just want to cut out all the sweets and get rid of cravings for them. I have never been much into going to doctors and what I call "high-maintenance healthcare", other than being in the hospital to birth babies A random trip to the E.R, for a stomach virus, and another trip after slicing my fingertip on a mandoline in the kitchen. But I do want to feel better and have more energy to keep up with my kiddos, the demands of breastfeeding a toddler, and be a good example to the others in my family who do have very real health concerns. I have no expectations for anyone else I know to join me on this challenge, hopefully my actions will be the only thing to persuade them!
