Round 2 Whole 30 While Training for a Mtn Marathon

I successfully completed my first Whole30 last February. I have continued to eat primarily paleo since then, with little sugar and dairy. I found though, that I don't feel quite as good as I did while on the Whole30. So I started again on 7/27/15. I thought that if I cleaned out my system again, I would be in top shape for my next race, the Breck Crest Marathon.


Any other distance runners with Whole30 experience or trying it for first time?
