Turkey breast

My husband and I are on day 4.  We are both feeling great and staying compliant.  Lunch is his biggest issue. His normal lunch prior to starting this was raw veggies and deli meat.  I have not been able to find any compliant deli turkey (prepackaged or at the deli counter).  I figured, no problem, I'll just roast a turkey breast & slice it ourselves... Every breast I found has been injected with a solution of broth & some type of sugar!  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How about purchasing a whole chicken and roasting that instead?

 

Ditto this. If turkey is proving to be problematic, I'd look into sourcing a different protein that you can cook and carve at home. Maybe roast beef?
