10 days in Vanuatu

Im going on a unexpected trip to Vanuatu.

I'll be up to day 7, I want to continue whole30 while I'm there. But some of the places we're saying are small villages where they provide meals ( ie no restaurants or stores)

I'm going to pack nuts, canned fish, and dried mince. But I want to know where I need to draw the line on bought meals.

For instance:

1. If there is a fish with some sort of sauce is it enough to scrap sauce off?

2. If there's veggies in an unknown curry is it enough to remove the veggies and eat them?

Any great ideas would be good
