Informed and In Charge…

I didn't really make goals pre-W30, but I did want to rein in my appetite, get rid of my cravings and lose some weight, okay, I wanted to lose LOTS of weight… I achieved all three, cravings ceased from day one, no hunger pangs between meals, and I was down 10lbs after the first 30 days

Halfway through my W30, I knew 30 days wasn't going to be long enough, so I decided to do a W60… I ended up with a W49 because yesterday I chose to have a glass of sangria… Let me say that again, yesterday I CHOSE to have a glass of sangria…

Here are some of the things the W30 did for me:

…made me a conscientious eater

…made me an informed label reader

…made me a responsible restaurant orderer

…stopped my incessant need to weigh myself

…drastically changed the direction of my health

…restored my energy

…cleared my fog brain, focused my mind

…cleared up my dry skin conditions/rashes/blemishes

…increased my libido(If my husband had a vote, this would be his favourite!)

…increased my activity levels

…kept me satiated between meals

…improved my moods

…rejuvenated my love of cooking

…made me more in tune to my body

…improved my pre-menstrual symptoms

For all of this, and so much more, I am overflowing with gratitude. I have an overwhelming feeling of endless possibilities. This site was instrumental in getting me here! I feel like I'm back in the driver's seat, and I really like the direction I'm headed in.

Thank you for my life back!
