Leg pain

I'm finishing day 11 the last 3 or 4 days my legs have been super painful in an achy way. I stand at work all day and today they wouldn't stop hurting. I tried to stretch and kept bending them, I took a hot bath with Epsom salt and put them up once i got home but they still ache. Is this normal?

Magnesium and potassium deficiencies can cause muscle cramps.  You say you are experiencing muscle pain, could it be cramping? I would suggest to continue to supplement daily with magnesium, either with the epsom salt baths or an oral form like Natural Calm.  Also, eat plenty of potassium containing foods: spinach, swiss chard, kale, sweet potato, white potato, etc. And be sure you are not eating too low carb as this will increase potassium loss through urination.
