Joysie Posted August 8, 2015 Share Posted August 8, 2015 I'm finishing day 11 the last 3 or 4 days my legs have been super painful in an achy way. I stand at work all day and today they wouldn't stop hurting. I tried to stretch and kept bending them, I took a hot bath with Epsom salt and put them up once i got home but they still ache. Guest Andria Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 Magnesium and potassium deficiencies can cause muscle cramps. You say you are experiencing muscle pain, could it be cramping? I would suggest to continue to supplement daily with magnesium, either with the epsom salt baths or an oral form like Natural Calm. Also, eat plenty of potassium containing foods: spinach, swiss chard, kale, sweet potato, white potato, etc. And be sure you are not eating too low carb as this will increase potassium loss through urination.
