Reneeannmcintyre
I just finished my first week of the Whole 30! I'm finding that now that I'm eating all this delicious healthy food, I don't need as much to feel full. My breakfast is usually the biggest meal, then lunch and dinner are very small compared to how much I used to eat. I just hope I'm eating enough. I'm overweight so maybe that had something to do with it?
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted August 8, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 8, 2015 It is true that your body is more nourished with actual food unlike 'food like products', so if you were eating a lot of bread/sweets/chips, then it makes sense you would feel you needed eat less volume to feel fuller and nourished. Your meals should be getting you 4-5 hours between without the need to snack. If they are, you're doing well but can you post a few days of your meals with portion sizes and fluid intake and we can see if there's anything we can see that might do with a tweak to make your 2nd week great?
