mushroomqueen
Hey everyone, I started my whole30 two days ago and made my first batch of mayo today. It was successful. However, I also made something for lunches all this week so I probably won't be making tuna salad or egg salad. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do with all the mayo before it goes bad? I certainly don't want to put it to waste.
kirkor
It's good as a base for salad dressings, or spreading on burgers. I put it on eggs sometimes too.
missmary
mayo keeps pretty well in the refrigerator--longer than a week (not that mine has ever lasted that long ). It should be good until at least the expiration date on the eggs you used, probably much longer.

kruddock
Make salad dressing or cucumber dill sauce for poached salmon from the Whole30 book is excellent. Also, had it drizzled over kitchen sink eggs this morning and it was really tasty.

ColoKerry
I mixed mine with salsa this week to use a dressing on a taco salad (used to do the same thing with ranch).
Nancy7476
Cole slaw. Great way to eat veggies. Also works as another dinner side dish.
