Spaghetti squash

You might be over cooking. Mine was a little more watery today than my last one and I know I over cooked it and because size varies sometimes I misjudge the time. You could consider draining it if it really wet but I'd just pat with a paper towel. I also like to saute it with a bit of oil as long as it not too mushy. When it's over cooked I find the strands tend to be far easier to mash and that's not what I want.
