marciphoto
I need to take Vitamin D and Fish Oil for my Hashimoto's . I checked the brands mentioned in the whole 30 article on supplements and they all contain glycerin or rice bran. So I am very confused at this point. I really need some clarification and guidance on this issue. Thanks!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 10, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 10, 2015 I use Now Foods Vitamin D3. It includes glycerin, but I don't worry about glycerin in supplements. There is a link to fish oil at the bottom of this page: http://whole30.com/whole30-approved/There is a note about how to get 10 percent off your order from SFH... Stronger, Faster, Healthier. I used this fish oil for a while, before I stopped supplementing with fish oil and just started eating lots of canned salmon, herring, and sardines. marciphoto
Wow - that fish oil is CRAZY expensive! And what is the the rationale for not worrying about glycerin in supplements?
Mitch55
This is the only fish oil I found in 45 minutes... It's for kids, but I figure it's a lower dose http://www.vitacost.com/childlife-cod-liver-oil-natural-strawberry
