JerseyMommaRandi
Can I have this pasta, it is gluten and carb free? Thoughts?
GFChris
No pasta on the Whole30.No grains of any kind: this product includes semolina (which is wheat) and wheat gluten. Here are the Whole30 program rules, for a refresher.
kirkor
Also, even postWhole30, it's not low carb -- they had to pay an $8 million settlement: http://www.dietdoctor.com/fraud-settlement-for-low-carb-pasta-maker-8-million https://www.truthinadvertising.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/Mirakay-v.-Dakota-Growers-Pasta-Co..pdf
SpinSpin
You would be better served having zoodles or spaghetti squash instead of pasta. Tastier, yummier and you get more veggies to boot! Its a win, win, win.

Munkers
How on earth does a wheat based product claim to be low carb?! That aside, remember that Whole30 is not a low carb plan. Good starchy carbs like sweet potatoes, tubers, and other root vegetables are all great ways to support your mood, sleep, and activity levels.
