Egg Salad

Hey guys!

 

I am new to the Whole 30 - Currently on day 3.. Thank GOD the killer headache is gone!

 

I am feeling a little sleepy.. but maybe that has to do with me waking up at 4:15am to make breakfast before the gym. 

 

Anyways, I am curious if Egg Salad is OK?

 

My typical recipe is:

 

Eggs

Dijon Mustard

Whole 30 Mayo 

A tiny bit of Red Wine Vinegar

Paprika

Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper

Celery 

Bell Peppers

 

All of this served in a lettuce wrap. 

 

It feels like cheating.. so yummy!

Sure thing!  Just check the ingredients on your red wine vinegar that sulphites are not in the ingredients list.  The bottle may say "Contains Sulphites" or "Sulphites Naturally Occurring" and that's fine...but if they are in the ingredient list, find a new vinegar.   :)

 

Edit: also check that there is no wine in your dijon.  ;)
