I think I'm eating too much fruit

i tried on a pair of jeans today that I fit into a few days ago and now they don't fit. I think I'm eating too much during the day. I'm not eating at the table etc. I guess it was my way of weighing myself. Im on day 16 and definitely coming to terms with some truths about how I use food as a crutch.

Can you post a few days of your typical intake including portions and timing as well as fluids, stress, sleep, exercise? Weight loss and size change is not linear which is why any sort of weighing or measuring (even though you didn't) is discouraged.
