Are all cravings bad?

Woke up this morning with a major craving for FAT. Couldn't hardly wait for breakfast and stopped to buy ground pork on the way home from the gym to mix with the THREE eggs I ate this morning. So this is ok right, to crave fat? My meals are well balanced according to the template, but maybe increased/different activity is causing my body to ask for more energy??

I'd say that is fine...I have eaten more fat and fattier meats this time round and have not only felt much better but lost more weight than in other whole30s (by my clothes...I haven't weighed myself in years!)

Plus you do loads of exercise so you need fat ;)
