fmr_sailor
Woke up this morning with a major craving for FAT. Couldn't hardly wait for breakfast and stopped to buy ground pork on the way home from the gym to mix with the THREE eggs I ate this morning. So this is ok right, to crave fat? My meals are well balanced according to the template, but maybe increased/different activity is causing my body to ask for more energy??
Britishgal
I'd say that is fine...I have eaten more fat and fattier meats this time round and have not only felt much better but lost more weight than in other whole30s (by my clothes...I haven't weighed myself in years!) Plus you do loads of exercise so you need fat
Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 14, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 14, 2015 I love it when people crave fat! That is a healthy sign in my book.
jmcbn
I believe in one of my very first replies to you I told you to 'embrace the fat' - glad to see you're actually heeding my advice!!
