GFChris
Unfortunately, their website does not make it easy to review the menu/ingredients. You'll have to ask lots of questions. I'd suggest starting with steak, chicken or fish as your protein. Ask about seasonings, cooking fat used, and any marinades or sauces. Make sure nothing is dredged in flour or cornmeal. Dry grilled is your friend, with only salt and pepper for seasonings. Steamed veggies or a compliant salad and bring your own dressing would be the way to go with veggies. Britishgal
Can you phone the restaurant now to ask some of the questions ahead of time...so you have a place to start?
KaraSW
What did you end up ordering?
alliebrat13
Thank yall so much for the help! I ended up ordering the salmon and steamed veggies cooked with olive oil, salt and pepper only. The waiter was so great making sure the kitchen knew about my limitations. Hopefully the food was prepared properly. So far I don't feel any aches or pains from it and the last time I went out to eat the food was made with vegetable oil and I got a little sick. The meal itself today was delicious too. marvlousthings
Great news!!!! I haven't been to a restaurant since Whole30 (on Day 11) but I know it's going to come up any day now! I hate to be the squeaky wheel in situations like this but oh well! Wouldn't it be great if there were complete Whole30 restaurants? I guess there are probably Paleo ones! If it makes you better I am on day 28 and still haven't eaten out! It's way too hard to find somewhere affordable in my town that would be compliant.
