Ingredients: diced tomatoes 32%, water, tomato paste 10%, green chilies 10%, jalapeno peppers 10%, onions 4%, spices, dehydrated onion, salt, vinegar, granulated garlic. doesnt seem to be anything negitive in it? Seriously, though, here in the States "Spices" could potentially contain gluten, MSG, etc. So pay attention to your body for any potential misgivings.
