Hi Lisita,


Please feel free to check out our free resources (many of which are linked below in my signature).  This plan eliminates all forms of sugar & alcohol, all grains, all dairy, all legumes, most vegetable cooking oils and particularly nasty additives like MSG, carrageenan and sulphites.


Coconut is a staple for many people and is perfectly acceptable.  Do be careful with it though as it can be digestively difficult if you consume too much of it at one time.


(Also, I'm moving this to "Can I Have" as it seems to fit better there)
