This plan eliminates all forms of sugar & alcohol, all grains, all dairy, all legumes, most vegetable cooking oils and particularly nasty additives like MSG, carrageenan and sulphites. Coconut is a staple for many people and is perfectly acceptable. Do be careful with it though as it can be digestively difficult if you consume too much of it at one time.
