JcJimmy
I think I am fine taking this: Zyflamend is an herbal supplement consisting of Holy basil, turmeric, ginger, green tea, rosemary, hu zhang, Chinese goldthread, barberry, oregano, and skullcap. Promoters of Zyflamend claim that it has anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted August 18, 2015 Administrators Share Posted August 18, 2015 These ingredients are fine. But consider for a moment that the makers of Zyflamend are selling you a processed product intended solely to make themselves money by jumping on the bandwagon of anti aging and using the new popularity of the word "anti inflammatory". By eating a Whole30 diet of protein, vegetables and fat, you are automatically getting a natural, whole foods anti inflammatory program designed to do what no pill can do. Give you nutrients, health and wellness through the foods you eat. Take the supplement if you want to but if I were you I'd save my money and buy extra steak and veggies.
