ladybugger14
Today is Day 3. My back is hurting really bad tonight. It feels like if I move the wrong way it will go out completely. I have a few bad disks, but things have been pretty good lately and don't think I did anything to injure or strain it lately. I also deal with rashes (my main motivation behind clean eating) and the patches are growing. Is it normal for things to flare up before they get better? And if so, about when should I expect to get passed this? I tried to search the boards, but didn't see anything.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted September 12, 2012 Moderators Share Posted September 12, 2012 Feeling bad for the first 10 to 14 days is common. I'm not sure that back pain or increased rashes is common, but you may be having some things flare up due to the changes in your food.
Robin Strathdee
It's very common for things to amp up for folks before they calm down. I'm not sure why, but making sure you get enough good food, water and rest are key to making it through.
superal
It's day 21 and I've only had one small slip ( a couple of bites of some nuts that had sugar on them and I didn't realize until I ate them).... I haven't lost much according to my clothes and am still dealing with gas and fatigue. Any ideas????
