Totaly Noob - Start Date 8/24

Hi Everyone! I have never done this, but I've seen a lot of blog posts about it. I decided to do some reading right from the source here on the website, and the information is approachable and doable. It's only 30 days, right? So I am spending this week planning and prepping, and on Monday off we go!  The good news is, most of our main dishes are already whole30 compliant. I think it will be easy to make a separate side dish for myself to eat. 


Breakfasts will be super hard because I usually do a chocolate protein shake.  


I do love cheeses and dairy and I bake and eat a whole lot of bread. That aspect will be tough.


Anyway, I'm looking forward to learning a lot over the next few weeks!
