calcium supplements?

Folic acid is fine, the flax seed oil should be consumed only in moderation. Calcium you can probably get enough of from eating wholesome nutritious foods such as sardines (or any fish with bones), dark leafy greens, broccoli & almonds (again to be eaten in moderation).

I am supposed to get minimum1200mg per day of calcium to keep osteopenia/ -porosis at bay. I have compiled of fairly thorough list of compliant foods with high calcium content and there is no way I could possibly eat all that, every day in order to get close to 1200mg. Can someone point me in the right direction of a compliant supplwmwnt preferably with D3 and magnesium included.
