gsquared
Can I have Calcium supplements? I currently take folic acid, and flax seed oil. I assume they are compliant.
jmcbn
Folic acid is fine, the flax seed oil should be consumed only in moderation. Calcium you can probably get enough of from eating wholesome nutritious foods such as sardines (or any fish with bones), dark leafy greens, broccoli & almonds (again to be eaten in moderation). Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 19, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 19, 2015 Many supplements include a variety of ingredients including dairy, soy, sugar, etc. You need to review the ingredients of your supplement to see if it is Whole30-compliant. cpwmsw
I am supposed to get minimum1200mg per day of calcium to keep osteopenia/ -porosis at bay. I have compiled of fairly thorough list of compliant foods with high calcium content and there is no way I could possibly eat all that, every day in order to get close to 1200mg. Can someone point me in the right direction of a compliant supplwmwnt preferably with D3 and magnesium included. Thanks so much!
