MrsKennel
One thing I've really focused on this week is to schedule quite time with myself, which means waking up at 5am and having breakfast with my husband, instead of sleeping in. Then taking my coffee back to bed and reading while enjoying my coffee. Next week I will incorporate working out and walking. I took the first half of my whole30 to focus on getting through it. I've attempted a whole30 a few times, twice while pregnant and once shortly after delivering. I just wasn't ready to commit, well that's not true, I was ready the first whole30 and then got pregnant 16 days into it and made it one more day before morning sickness/food aversions began. Up 5am Activity - 20 minute walk with dog & kiddo, hour play date which consisted of mostly following around P and pushing on the swing. Breakfast - white and orange sweet potato hash with shredded zucchini, spinach and 2 over easy eggs, all cooked in ghee. Lunch - steamed broccoli and cauliflower, 2 aidells chicken & apple sausages, 2 tablespoons of wholly guacamole Dinner - (planned) grilled burger, guacamole, tomato, lettuce, homemade mayo, 1/2 red skin potato, roasted brussel sprouts
